Called me this morning with a recording saying they could lower the interested rate on my credit card. Since I don't have a credit card, I elected to be connected to a live person so I could address his issue. When he answered he said his name was Dustin and asked how my day was going. I responded by saying "Not that great. I just got a call from you guys saying you can lower my interest rate on my credit card, but I do not have a credit card so I want to make sure there is no credit card open under my name." He hung up on me immediately after I said that. Beware.
